I’m usually just a lurker when it comes to online reviews. But, after receiving such wonderful merchandise and service, I was compelled to return the favor by adding a review. The diamond quality I wanted was a difficult combination to get and they admitted that it might take some time. After a couple days, I received a call from their customer service saying that they could not get me the quality I wanted, but upgraded me to a better quality for no additional charge and that it was a certified diamond, again
for no additional charge. They explained that when you ordered a certain quality and if they don’t have it, they would upgrade for free. This to me is above and beyond service as you don’t see this kind of commitment in today’s greedy corporations. As a lurker,
I was always hesitate on the reviews, but now I can see that all the reviews have merit and why this company has so many positive reviews. If you’re on the fence about order from them, don’t be, they will treat you right.

I can’t say enough about the staff at McQueen Jewelry. They really offer superior products and thankfully great customer service. No one came close to the price of the ring I purchased. Since I didn’t know what to buy, I had to call several times and was nervous that I was going to anger them since I was calling so often. But they were always pleasent and understanding- since there is so much impersonal service in online ordering from certian companies, I appreciated a little “old school” friendly treatment. Back to the product, I was blown away by how beautiful the ring was. I’ve never been much of a “jewelry” girl myself but did love playing dress up with my mom and grandma’s necklaces and rings growing up.
